甲賀雅章（こうがまさあき）
1951年 静岡市生まれ
ディスプレー、内装、編集、デザインなどの会社を経て、1991年株式会社シーアイセンターを設立。広義の意味でのデザイン、文化戦略を、21世紀型経営の最重要資源として位置づけ、企業、組合、商店街、地方自治体等の活性化におけるコンサルティング活動を展開。CI戦略、ブランディング、コミュニケーションデザイン、新商品開発、新業態開発、空間プロデュース、イベントプロデュースと、その活動領域は広く、1992年から「大道芸ワールドカップＩＮ静岡」のプロデューサー、2009年ソーシャルデザイン研究所を設立。NPO法人日本ホスピタルクラウン協会副理事長。2011年からは川根本町文化会館の事業パートナーとして劇場の企画運営に携わる。2012年から大阪府江之子島文化芸術創造センターの館長に就任。2012年よりバンコクで開催されるSiam Street Festのプロデューサー、2013年からは「TACT FEST(大阪国際児童青少年アートフェスティバル)」のプロデューサーに就任。2014年4月からは、一般社団法人「劇団KIO」の事業統括プロデューサー。瀬戸内国際芸術祭2016 APAMSディレクター。最近では、ダンサー、役者としても舞台に立っている。静岡デザイン専門学校では、18年間教鞭を執る。公益財団法人静岡県舞台芸術センター評議員、ふじのくに地域づくりアドバイザー、観光振興アドバイザー、明るい未来の楽校楽長ほか公職も多数歴任。
Masaaki Koga
Born on September 4th 1951 in Shizuoka-city JAPAN. After leaving his job with an Interior, Display, and Design Compilation Company, he established the CI center Inc. in 1991. By identifying design and culture as the most important resources in the management of businesses for the 21st century, he set out to consult and work with various enterprises, associations, shopping centers, and local governing bodies in order to revitalize local economy. He is the founder of the first Daidogei World Cup in Shizuoka back in 1992, and is still presently working as the producer of this annual event. Utilizing CI (Corporate Identity) strategies, communication design, product development, business development, space production, and event production, he established the Social Design Institute in 2009 in order to solve problems within community and society from a design stand point.
